We Provide Quality Ingot

  • Caster Line having 180 Moulds.
  • LPG Gas fired centralized melting furnace (5000 kg) with auto burner & transfer ladle (1000 kg)
  • Two furnaces 5 ton batch size and 3 ton batch size.
  • Chemical composition check by spectro meter for each heat of alloy produced.
  • Metal Drossing , Grain Refinement and modification & Metal Degassing by Nitrogen Purging.
  • Every heat produced in traced with stamping and corresponding quality report.
